I have been in the real estate business for over a decade purchasing, renovating, and selling my own as well as others’ residential and commercial properties in the Jefferson and St. Louis County areas. Being native to Jefferson County, I have insight into all that this great county has to offer from local schools to enjoying the parks, dining, and recreation of our area. I know that my experience in flipping homes, which requires the ability to purchase and sell at the best possible price, gives me a unique skill set that is invaluable to my clients, whether selling or buying. In addition, the knowledge and the contacts I have made over the past decade help me provide my clients with recommendations when and if work is necessary on the property they are selling or purchasing. Long before I ever dreamed of starting a company with a high school friend to renovate properties, I was lucky to have gone in partnership with my father and build a business which I am proud to have been a part of. At the age of 15, my father and I started the first paintball field in the St. Louis area, Wacky Warriors. After a few tough years getting the word out and working every weekend of my high school years, I bought my dad out, and by the time I was 20 years old, I was driving to Cape Girardeau three days a week to attend college at SEMO and coming home at night and on weekends to run the paintball business. Neither my dad nor I ever dreamed this fun idea would become my “real job” for the next 40 years!

I am forever grateful to my dad, who built and ran several businesses throughout his life, for showing me the hard work that is necessary to be successful. I try to honor his memory and carry that work ethic into all I do; I believe this provides my team’s homebuyers, investors, sellers, and families with an agent they can count on to be available at any time and to work for them and their best interests. I strive to use my experience, as well as the thousands of contacts I have made in both the business and real estate world, to provide my clients with the best experience I possibly can. As a bonus, by being a member of the Keller Williams Xpress Team, I have access to all the combined years of real estate knowledge my team members possess, which is an invaluable resource to both my clients and me. Oh, and if you like to eat out, we may just have to enjoy a dinner or two at Detours Bar and Grill, watch a little football, and talk about my grandson, Archie!
